Step 1: Contact me via email on hello@yourkeepsaker.com.au or send an enquiry through this website.

Step 2: Chat to me about what you would like made and receive your quote.

Step 3: You will receive instructions on how to send me your chosen elements.

Step 4: I will send you a confirmation email upon receiving the elements and send you a photo to confirm you are happy with your piece before setting in the jewellery setting or sun-catcher.

Step 5: Your finished memorial keepsake is sent to you along with everything that is used during the creation process which may contain elements - your loved one's elements are handled with extreme care and absolutely nothing is disposed of.

• Cremation ashes.

• Hair - please note grey or light hair is not recommended due to the lack of colour pigment.

• Dried placenta or umbilical cord.

• Powdered breast milk.

• A piece of material such as a collar, harness or blanket.

• Dried flowers.

You will be sent information on how to package and send elements. I recommend using a tracked mailing service or if you’re close to Rochester, VIC and would like to drop them off, that’s a welcomed option.

After I receive the elements, I will have your keepsake made within two weeks and send it to you via express post or if local, you can choose to pick them up.

If jewellery settings need to be ordered allow another two to three weeks.
